Terms & Conditions of
Sale
All orders for products and services on the Sibalco website are accepted by
Sibalco GmbH
subject to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms will apply to the supply of products and services by Sibalco unless agreed in writing by an authorised signatory of Sibalco
All descriptions of the products and services contained on the Sibalco website or otherwise communicated to the Customer are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between Sibalco and the Customer. Sibalco may correct any errors in its website without liability to the Customer. The advertising of products and services in the Sibalco website merely constitutes an invitation by Sibalco for the Customer to make an offer to purchase products and services.
Minimum order value and package sizes
The minimum order value is € 20.00 gross, exclusive of the packing and carriage.
Minimum package size for items are 10 pieces from each type.
Returns
All clarifications must be done before you order.
Returns of spare parts are not possible.
Not fitting spare parts because of a wrong order cannot be taken back.
Prices
All prices shown are inxclusive of VAT, which will be added at the rate ruling at date of dispatch. We reserve the right to alter prices if necessary, due to external factors, though in these circumstances, the new price will be notified at the receipt or order. Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at date of dispatch.
Carriage (

DPD is our preferred carrier. For mainland
Germany
, the charge is 6,96 EURO inclusive of VAT 16%, for the weight of 1kg of the parcel.
Carriage (EU)
For the listed countries you can see the total charge for transport inclusive of VAT 16%.
For those customers within the EEC, we will require details of your VAT registration number where applicable.
International Sales (outside EU)
Prices shown in the online catalogue are Ex Works Weil am Rhein (
Germany
). Carriage and insurance will be quoted on request. We reserve the right to implement a documentation charge where appropriate. EUR1, certificates of origin and legalised documents are chargeable.
Terms of payment for people from
Germany
and EU countries:
Cash in advance.
Terms of payment for people outside the EU countries:
Customers outside the EU countries, have to ask before they order, how much the carriage and customs clearance costs are.
Delivery
For delays in shipment by the parcel service or other circumstances Sibalco does not assume any liability.
If the customer wants a protectedly delivery in time so he must use an express service. This will be charged extra.
Risk of loss of or damage to the products shall pass to the Customer on delivery.
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract between Sibalco and the Customer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with German Law .
Place of performance for all obligations arising from the contract is in Lörrach (
Germany
).
